Power of the Mind

Hero

Jasper Trench is the hero of the story and has just moved sixth forms because of suspicious reasons. He is a 17 year old, 5ft 9, Caucasian white with black hair. Jasper has the power to do anything with his mind which he still hasn’t got full control of. He has no friends as he constantly moves houses. He only wishes to be happy and to one day be able to control his powers and put them to good use.

Situation

Its Jaspers first day at his new sixth form and his extremely nervous, not only does he have to meet new people he also has to hide the fact he has powers from the entire sixth form. To make matters worse he has been star struck by a girl who is in all of his classes named Ruby. Jasper has problems controlling his powers sometimes which grabs the attention of Ruby. Jasper notices this and now must decide what to do about it.

Opportunity

Jasper is walking down one of the sixth forms corridors when he comes across a magic competition. This gives Jasper the perfect alibi for when Ruby asks him what he was doing in class the other day and maybe even impress her a little. This also gives him a perfect cover up to practise his powers in sixth form without anybody suspecting a thing.

Goal

Jasper has fallen for Ruby as she is the only one who has noticed him in the entire sixth form. He wants Ruby to like him so he asks her to help him with his magic. He also wants to be able to control his powers before the date of the completion so that he can win and impress Ruby.

Conflict

Jasper is noticed by the bully of the sixth form as he has been spending more time with Ruby who happens to be his x girlfriend. Angered by this he confronts Ruby and starts to push her around. Jasper realises this and uses his power to tie both of the bullies shoe laces together which makes him fall over. Jasper rescues Ruby but at a cost as her enemies now become his.
