p1 working between premiere and after effects

1. The First way to do it would be the easiest way. File, export, media then apply the settings you would like to use. Some settings such as Animation use bigger files, while the PNG setting only takes up a little bit of space.

2. You can use the lasso tool to export clips to After Effects. To do this you must first duplicate the clips you want to send. Secondary highlight the clips with the Lasso tool. Thirdly CRTL and click, then go to export to After Effects. Finally save it where you would like your clips to go.

3. Finally if you want to add after effects onto a Premier piece of work, you must drag the Premier file into After Effects and save it as a new composition. Everything you do the Premier file will effect the After Effects file.
